Bright, pale straw-yellow, even colour throughout. The bouquet is calm and gently full, with aromas of mango and yellow stonefruit melded with wildflower, herb and maize. Medium-bodied, mango, nectarine and citrus aromas form a taut core, unfolding white spice, chervil, basil and maize. The mouthfeel is smooth and oily; fine-textured phenolics contribute to a chewy palate. Mouth-watering acidity appears softly and flows with good energy. This is a complex, savoury Sauvignon Blanc with perfectly ripe fruit and spice details on a textural palate.
